These terms cover your use of Dora, including dora.work, the Dora app, the API, and Dora's MCP server. Dora is run by Raze Growth LLC, a Wyoming company ("we", "us"). By using Dora you agree to them. If you use Dora for a company, you agree on its behalf and confirm you're allowed to.

  1. 01Your account

You need an account to use Dora. Give us accurate details and keep your email secure: Dora signs you in with links sent there, so anyone with access to your inbox can get in.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

A person can own one free company, and a website domain can have one company. Paid companies aren't limited.

  2. 02Companies, teams, and clients

A company's owners and admins control its settings, its team, and its billing. When you invite teammates or clients, you're responsible for how they use Dora under your company and for having their permission to add them.

Your clients use Dora through your company. You're responsible for your relationship with them, including what you promise them and what you send them.

  3. 03Your content

You own what you, your team, and your clients put into Dora: requests, comments, files, brand details, and messages. We don't claim any rights to it beyond what we need to run Dora for you.

You give us permission to store, process, and show your content to run Dora, including sending it to the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy, such as our AI provider to generate Dora's replies and our email provider to send notifications.

We don't use your content to train AI models, and neither does our AI provider.

You're responsible for having the rights to the content you put in, and for not putting in anything you aren't allowed to share.

  4. 04Dora and AI

Dora uses AI to write briefs, answer questions, suggest who should take work, and sort files. AI can be wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it.

In Dora's chat, changes she suggests wait for your click. She assigns requests or approves work on her own only if you turn those settings on. You're responsible for what goes to your clients under your company.

  5. 05Your own AI, the API, and webhooks

You can connect your own AI tools to Dora over MCP, use API keys, and send events to webhooks. Anything a connected tool or key does acts as you, with your access. Keep keys private and revoke them if they leak.

We may limit how often the API and MCP can be called to keep Dora fast for everyone.

  6. 06Acceptable use

    Don't use Dora to:

    • break the law, or help anyone else break it
    • infringe anyone's rights, including copyright and privacy
    • send spam or unwanted email through Dora's email features
    • upload malware or try to break into Dora or other people's accounts
    • overload Dora, get around its limits, or copy, resell, or reverse engineer it
    • store payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or health records

We may remove content or pause access that breaks these rules.

  7. 07Plans and payment

Your first client is free. Each client after it, archived clients aside, is $10 a month plus any sales tax or VAT.

    • You add a card through checkout. Adding a card doesn't charge anything on its own.
    • When you add a client past your free one, your card is charged right away for the rest of your billing month, then every month after.
    • Archive a client and it drops off at your next renewal. We don't refund part of a month.
    • If a payment fails, you can't add clients until you update your card, and your team may lose access to clients you haven't paid for. Your clients can still reach you.

Payments are processed by Stripe and sold through Link, Stripe's service, as the merchant of record. Link handles sales tax, receipts, and invoices for your purchase.

Dora's AI features come with a monthly allowance that grows with your clients. Past it, Dora's chat with your team can pause until the next month. Her replies to a paying company's clients keep going.

We may change prices. We'll tell you at least 30 days before a change affects you.

  8. 08Cancelling and ending

You can cancel anytime from Billing. You keep your paid clients until the end of the billing month, then go back to one free client.

To have your company and its content deleted, email us at [legal@dora.work].

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, doesn't pay, or puts Dora or others at risk. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

  9. 09Changes

Dora changes as we improve it. We may add, change, or remove features.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Using Dora after that means you accept the new terms.

  10. 10Disclaimers

Dora is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or right for any particular purpose.

  11. 11Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.

Our total liability for any claim about Dora is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if that's more.

  12. 12Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against us because of your content or how you or your company used Dora, you'll cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.

  13. 13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and disputes go to its courts, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
