Connect Framer and Dora can check your clients' Framer sites and their pages, so briefs start from what's live and handovers match what was asked.

    Open Integrations

    In Dora, open Settings and find Framer under Integrations, or search for it.

    Sign in to Framer

    Choose Connect. Framer asks you to sign in and allow access, then sends you back to Dora, connected. There's no key to copy.

    Ask, or tag it

    Ask Dora in her chat or on a request, or type $Framer to point her at it.

A few things to ask, and what she does with them.

  • Start from the live page

    Ask "What's on Acme's about page in Framer?" Dora reads it, and the brief starts there.

  • List the pages

    Ask "Which pages does Halcyon's Framer site have?" Dora lists them for the request.

  • Check the work

    Ask "Does Pinewood's Framer site have the new careers page?" Dora checks before you submit.

  • Your account, your connection

    You connect Framer for yourself. Dora uses it only when you ask, and nobody else on your team can reach your Framer through her.

  • Read-only

    Dora only gets the tools Framer marks as read-only. She looks things up; she doesn't edit, delete, or send anything in Framer.

  • A summary and a link

    She brings in what the task needs, summarized, with a link back to Framer, instead of pasting everything into the request.

  • Dora can check your Framer sites and their pages. You connect your own Framer account, and Dora reads from it when you ask: in her chat, on a request, or while you write one. She only reads, and brings back a summary with a link to the source.

  • The projects your Framer account can open. She reads them with your access.

  • No. She reads your sites, and your team keeps editing in Framer.

  • Open Settings in Dora, find Framer under Integrations, and choose Connect. You sign in on Framer's own page and allow access, and you're sent back to Dora, connected. There's no API key to copy.

  • Only you. Each person connects their own apps, and Dora uses only the connections of the person asking. If a teammate needs Framer too, they connect their own account.

  • Ask in plain words, like "check Framer", or type $ and pick Framer. It shows as a tag in comments and in Dora's chat, and tells her which app to use for that ask.

  • No. Integrations are on every Dora plan, including your free first client. Asking Dora counts toward your company's Dora allowance like any other ask, and your Framer plan is separate.

  • In Dora, open Settings, find Framer under Integrations, and choose Disconnect. Dora stops using it right away.
