Connect Klaviyo and Dora can pull email campaign results from your account, so the next email request starts from what worked and the monthly update writes itself.
- 1
Open Integrations
In Dora, open Settings and find Klaviyo under Integrations, or search for it.
- 2
Sign in to Klaviyo
Choose Connect. Klaviyo asks you to sign in and allow access, then sends you back to Dora, connected. There's no key to copy.
- 3
Ask, or tag it
Ask Dora in her chat or on a request, or type $Klaviyo to point her at it.
A few things to ask, and what she does with them.
Results for the update
Ask "How did Acme's last three Klaviyo campaigns perform?" Dora pulls opens, clicks, and revenue for the client update.
Brief from what worked
Ask "Which Halcyon subject lines did best in Klaviyo?" Dora adds them to the next email's brief.
Check a send
Ask "Did Pinewood's spring campaign go out in Klaviyo?" Dora checks before the client asks.
Your account, your connection
You connect Klaviyo for yourself. Dora uses it only when you ask, and nobody else on your team can reach your Klaviyo through her.
Read-only
Dora only gets the tools Klaviyo marks as read-only. She looks things up; she doesn't edit, delete, or send anything in Klaviyo.
A summary and a link
She brings in what the task needs, summarized, with a link back to Klaviyo, instead of pasting everything into the request.
Dora can pull email campaign results from your Klaviyo account. You connect your own Klaviyo account, and Dora reads from it when you ask: in her chat, on a request, or while you write one. She only reads, and brings back a summary with a link to the source.
The Klaviyo account you sign in to, with read access to its campaigns and results.
No. She reads results. Sending stays with your team in Klaviyo.
Open Settings in Dora, find Klaviyo under Integrations, and choose Connect. You sign in on Klaviyo's own page and allow access, and you're sent back to Dora, connected. There's no API key to copy.
Only you. Each person connects their own apps, and Dora uses only the connections of the person asking. If a teammate needs Klaviyo too, they connect their own account.
Ask in plain words, like "check Klaviyo", or type $ and pick Klaviyo. It shows as a tag in comments and in Dora's chat, and tells her which app to use for that ask.
No. Integrations are on every Dora plan, including your free first client. Asking Dora counts toward your company's Dora allowance like any other ask, and your Klaviyo plan is separate.
In Dora, open Settings, find Klaviyo under Integrations, and choose Disconnect. Dora stops using it right away.
