Connect Sentry and Dora can check errors on your clients' sites and apps, so a bug report comes with what actually broke.
- 1
Open Integrations
In Dora, open Settings and find Sentry under Integrations, or search for it.
- 2
Sign in to Sentry
Choose Connect. Sentry asks you to sign in and allow access, then sends you back to Dora, connected. There's no key to copy.
- 3
Ask, or tag it
Ask Dora in her chat or on a request, or type $Sentry to point her at it.
A few things to ask, and what she does with them.
Check a bug report
Ask "Any new errors on Acme's site since the launch?" Dora checks Sentry.
Add the details
Ask "What's behind the checkout error Halcyon reported?" Dora finds the issue.
Confirm the fix
Ask "Has the login error stopped on Pinewood's app?" Dora checks.
Your account, your connection
You connect Sentry for yourself. Dora uses it only when you ask, and nobody else on your team can reach your Sentry through her.
Read-only
Dora only gets the tools Sentry marks as read-only. She looks things up; she doesn't edit, delete, or send anything in Sentry.
A summary and a link
She brings in what the task needs, summarized, with a link back to Sentry, instead of pasting everything into the request.
Dora can check errors on your clients' sites and apps. You connect your own Sentry account, and Dora reads from it when you ask: in her chat, on a request, or while you write one. She only reads, and brings back a summary with a link to the source.
The ones your Sentry login can access. She reads them with your access.
No. She reads them. Triage stays with your team in Sentry.
Open Settings in Dora, find Sentry under Integrations, and choose Connect. You sign in on Sentry's own page and allow access, and you're sent back to Dora, connected. There's no API key to copy.
Only you. Each person connects their own apps, and Dora uses only the connections of the person asking. If a teammate needs Sentry too, they connect their own account.
Ask in plain words, like "check Sentry", or type $ and pick Sentry. It shows as a tag in comments and in Dora's chat, and tells her which app to use for that ask.
No. Integrations are on every Dora plan, including your free first client. Asking Dora counts toward your company's Dora allowance like any other ask, and your Sentry plan is separate.
In Dora, open Settings, find Sentry under Integrations, and choose Disconnect. Dora stops using it right away.
