Connect Calendly and Dora can see who's booked time with you, so calls with clients line up with the work they're about.

    Open Integrations

    In Dora, open Settings and find Calendly under Integrations, or search for it.

    Sign in to Calendly

    Choose Connect. Calendly asks you to sign in and allow access, then sends you back to Dora, connected. There's no key to copy.

    Ask, or tag it

    Ask Dora in her chat or on a request, or type $Calendly to point her at it.

A few things to ask, and what she does with them.

  • See who's booked

    Ask "Who has a call booked with me this week?" Dora lists them.

  • Prep the call

    Ask "What's open for the client I'm meeting at 2?" Dora pulls their requests.

  • Plan around calls

    Ask "When am I free tomorrow?" Dora checks your bookings first.

  • Your account, your connection

    You connect Calendly for yourself. Dora uses it only when you ask, and nobody else on your team can reach your Calendly through her.

  • Read-only

    Dora only gets the tools Calendly marks as read-only. She looks things up; she doesn't edit, delete, or send anything in Calendly.

  • A summary and a link

    She brings in what the task needs, summarized, with a link back to Calendly, instead of pasting everything into the request.

  • Dora can see your Calendly bookings, like who's booked a call. You connect your own Calendly account, and Dora reads from it when you ask: in her chat, on a request, or while you write one. She only reads, and brings back a summary with a link to the source.

  • The ones on your Calendly account. She reads them with your access.

  • No. She reads your bookings. Scheduling stays in Calendly.

  • Open Settings in Dora, find Calendly under Integrations, and choose Connect. You sign in on Calendly's own page and allow access, and you're sent back to Dora, connected. There's no API key to copy.

  • Only you. Each person connects their own apps, and Dora uses only the connections of the person asking. If a teammate needs Calendly too, they connect their own account.

  • Ask in plain words, like "check Calendly", or type $ and pick Calendly. It shows as a tag in comments and in Dora's chat, and tells her which app to use for that ask.

  • No. Integrations are on every Dora plan, including your free first client. Asking Dora counts toward your company's Dora allowance like any other ask, and your Calendly plan is separate.

  • In Dora, open Settings, find Calendly under Integrations, and choose Disconnect. Dora stops using it right away.
