Connect Fireflies and Dora can find the call, turn its action items into briefed requests, and quote the transcript when someone asks what was actually said.
- 1
Open Integrations
In Dora, open Settings and find Fireflies under Integrations, or search for it.
- 2
Sign in to Fireflies
Choose Connect. Fireflies asks you to sign in and allow access, then sends you back to Dora, connected. There's no key to copy.
- 3
Ask, or tag it
Ask Dora in her chat or on a request, or type $Fireflies to point her at it.
A few things to ask, and what she does with them.
Action items to requests
Ask "Turn the action items from today's Fireflies call with Halcyon into requests." Dora drafts each one with a brief, and you approve them before anything is created.
Answer from the call
Ask "What deadline did Acme give for the launch on Thursday's call?" Dora searches your Fireflies calls and answers with the line from the transcript.
Recap a quarter of calls
Ask "What has Pinewood raised on our Fireflies calls this quarter?" Dora reads the summaries and groups what came up, ready for the review meeting.
Your account, your connection
You connect Fireflies for yourself. Dora uses it only when you ask, and nobody else on your team can reach your Fireflies through her.
Read-only
Dora only gets the tools Fireflies marks as read-only. She looks things up; she doesn't edit, delete, or send anything in Fireflies.
A summary and a link
She brings in what the task needs, summarized, with a link back to Fireflies, instead of pasting everything into the request.
Dora can find your calls and pull notes and transcripts into requests. You connect your own Fireflies account, and Dora reads from it when you ask: in her chat, on a request, or while you write one. She only reads, and brings back a summary with a link to the source.
No. Fireflies records the call. Dora reads what Fireflies already has, from your account, when you ask.
The calls your Fireflies account can see: the ones you recorded and the ones shared with you. She signs in as you.
Open Settings in Dora, find Fireflies under Integrations, and choose Connect. You sign in on Fireflies's own page and allow access, and you're sent back to Dora, connected. There's no API key to copy.
Only you. Each person connects their own apps, and Dora uses only the connections of the person asking. If a teammate needs Fireflies too, they connect their own account.
Ask in plain words, like "check Fireflies", or type $ and pick Fireflies. It shows as a tag in comments and in Dora's chat, and tells her which app to use for that ask.
No. Integrations are on every Dora plan, including your free first client. Asking Dora counts toward your company's Dora allowance like any other ask, and your Fireflies plan is separate.
In Dora, open Settings, find Fireflies under Integrations, and choose Disconnect. Dora stops using it right away.
