Connect Similarweb and Dora can check traffic for any site, so pitches and reports start from real numbers on clients and their competitors.

    Open Integrations

    In Dora, open Settings and find Similarweb under Integrations, or search for it.

    Sign in to Similarweb

    Choose Connect. Similarweb asks you to sign in and allow access, then sends you back to Dora, connected. There's no key to copy.

    Ask, or tag it

    Ask Dora in her chat or on a request, or type $Similarweb to point her at it.

A few things to ask, and what she does with them.

  • Size a competitor

    Ask "How much traffic does Acme's main competitor get?" Dora checks.

  • Compare sites

    Ask "Compare Halcyon's traffic with its top two rivals." Dora lines them up.

  • See where it comes from

    Ask "Where does Pinewood's traffic come from?" Dora breaks it down.

  • Your account, your connection

    You connect Similarweb for yourself. Dora uses it only when you ask, and nobody else on your team can reach your Similarweb through her.

  • Read-only

    Dora only gets the tools Similarweb marks as read-only. She looks things up; she doesn't edit, delete, or send anything in Similarweb.

  • A summary and a link

    She brings in what the task needs, summarized, with a link back to Similarweb, instead of pasting everything into the request.

  • Dora can check traffic for any site, like a client's competitors. You connect your own Similarweb account, and Dora reads from it when you ask: in her chat, on a request, or while you write one. She only reads, and brings back a summary with a link to the source.

  • What your Similarweb plan includes. She reads it with your access.

  • No. She only reads.

  • Open Settings in Dora, find Similarweb under Integrations, and choose Connect. You sign in on Similarweb's own page and allow access, and you're sent back to Dora, connected. There's no API key to copy.

  • Only you. Each person connects their own apps, and Dora uses only the connections of the person asking. If a teammate needs Similarweb too, they connect their own account.

  • Ask in plain words, like "check Similarweb", or type $ and pick Similarweb. It shows as a tag in comments and in Dora's chat, and tells her which app to use for that ask.

  • No. Integrations are on every Dora plan, including your free first client. Asking Dora counts toward your company's Dora allowance like any other ask, and your Similarweb plan is separate.

  • In Dora, open Settings, find Similarweb under Integrations, and choose Disconnect. Dora stops using it right away.
